KPI Status as a filter?

Question

Hi,

I have created a KPI with SalesAmount P3M (previous 3 months/3) as Target for a company which distributes movies/DVD, I'm showing Repetoire (Action, Drama etc) and then SalesAmount and KPI. It's working fine. Now I would like to create a new pivottable with Movies/DVD where KPI Status = -1, is that possible?

Larra,

It would be better to consolidate the information in a calculated column. If this is not possible due to business rules, or because you need dynamic calculations, it can be done but it is a little tricky.

If you share the workbook, or a sample with some data, I will play with it a bit, it sounds like an interesting scenario. :)

It's possible to do by using a value filter by Company/REpetoire for SalesAmountStatus (the KPI) = -1. It's working like a dream!
