Can't Access Database List When Attempting to Scan with Codename "SQL Azure Security Services"

Question

Hi,

Have tried two databases to which I can connect with SSMS using normal credentials and get this error with both (one is federated):

One DB is in South Central US and one in North Europe. This appears to be a showstopper to me. Is there a workaround?

This could be because of one of the following

* Can you please check if the Login that you used has a corresponding user account in master database? If you had used sysadmin credentials then this is not the likely cause.

* Can you please check if you setup firewall rules to allow "Windows Azure services to access this server"?
