SPS 2010 - Picture Library - Web Part Tool Bar

Question

Hello Community,

I am working in a Picture Library in SPS 2010.  I need to modify the tool bar, Upload Drop Down Box so that the Upload Multiple Pictures menu item takes me to the Multiple File Upload page instead of the Uploading Multiple Pictures page.  (Essentially the Upload Multiple Pictures page is meant to integrate with a client application and my customer does not want their users trying to do that.) 

Has anyone done this and if so can you please provide me code and instructions?

Hi Tom,

For this issue, you can try to custom a menu item and add it to the existing tool bar, here is an article about how to add a toolbar to custom list views, it is for SharePoint 2007, however, this is similar to 2010, please refer to it for more information:
