sharepoint authentication problem

hello,

i have installed sharepoint service and publish it online, when the client cannt connect to it it ask always for username and password and apear every 1m

the client work with it througe outlook to conect to lists

Do your site is configured to have user name and password?

If so please change  the Authentication Type to None for the web application?

hello,

i cant use from authentication becuse i conected to outlook so i want the client alwasy but dont make this message show every one min when the connection to shrepoint is down,

Hi Amin.

Try this, in Internet Explorer, Internet Options, Security - add the URL to the local Intranet zone. I know it sound weird but try it on a client.
IE will if the URL is added to local intranet zone automatically supply the currently logged in users credentials every time the URL is accessed.

That could be a resolution to your problem.
