I have a specific question. What I would like to be able to do is to zoom in on a specific point and once I click on it, display all the important information I have on SharePoint for that site. I would just like to know if it has this capability or if it is only linkable with Excel. I have used the trial version and have found it to be the case that Excel is the only Microsoft software that has back and forth capabilities.

This forum is for questions regarding apps for SharePoint which are new in the Office and SharePoint 2013 Preview release. For SharePoint solution questions you would be better off using either this forum or this one.
