Announcement: Second version of BizTalk BTM migration tool available on CodePlex

Hello All,
Noticing that many of the potential users of Service Bus EAI & EDI are existing BizTalk customers, we have started off an effort to provide a migration tool to bring forth your mapper investments from BizTalk to this new world
The tool is good at handling simple maps and maps with loops with ease. There are a few limitations; any operations/scripts that cannot be migrated are captured in placeholders on the map for you to address them manually using the new constructs.
We hope this will be a good productivity boost for folks with existing BizTalk maps. We will continuously evolve the tool. Kindly provide your feedback for the same.
The tool is available at http://btmmigrationtool.codeplex.com/
Cheers,
Ravi

Ravi,
Thanks for releasing this tool and for having it on CodePlex because that gives us a way to understand the tool and different mapping file formats better.
Would you like feedback for this tool on this forum or on the CodePlex site?
Thanks,

Hi Ben ,
Any direct feedback on the tool can be posted on the codeplex site itself. However in case there is a discussion you wish to initiate then I would recommend doing it here since this forum is more commonly viewed and tracked .
Hope this helps .

We have updated the BTM migration tool and put out the second version of it at the same location.
- The tool now migrates any cumulative operations, record counts, Table looping and Logical functions for isNumeric, isDate and logical existence checks.
- We have also fixed a couple of bugs and addressed the feedback given by a few users until now.
Do download the latest migration tool and try it out on as many BizTalk maps as you can. This tool should help you quickly bring forward your mapping investments to the new Azure Mapper designer. Your feedback will help us address the next priority items.
Thank you and looking forward to your inputs
Ravi

IMO, It would be nice to rename the tool. I've found out it only by chance. The current name gives no clue what is it for.
For example, BizTalkToServiceBusMapMigration (or BizTalkMapMigration) is the clear and unambiguous name.
