The CD1 is Commerce Server 2007 Enterprise and the CD2 contains the new features we added in Commerce Server 2009.If you already have Commerce Server 2007 Enterprise installed and want to upgrade to Commerce Server 2009, you can skip CD1 and install CD2 only.
