(401) Unauthorized error for reportDownloadURL

Question

Our program that has been successfully creating and downloading daily reports for quite some time now today is giving a (401) Unathorized error when we attempt to download the file from the reportDownloadURL that is returned after the report has successfully been queued up and finished.  Is anyone else seeing this problem? MSFT is there any problems that you are aware of?

It seems to be working now. Are you still having issues? The download URL should look like:

https://adcenterapidownload.microsoft.com/AdCenterAPIDownload.aspx?q=xxxx

Hi Jeff,

Now we are getting a error code (2004 Data is not yet availible... ) when we make the QueueReport call.

We experienced the same (401) between 9:30 AM eastern this morning.  By 1:00 PM eastern, everything seemed to be back to normal.  Seems like it was probably a hiccup of some sort.

No longer gettting the Data in not yet availible error, but still getting the (401) Unathorized error on the report downlod.
The url does look like
https://Adcenterapidownload.microsoft.com/AdCenterAPIDownload.aspx?q=xxxxxxxx
Any more help would be appreciated.  Let me know if it would be better to email the exact url to the adcenter support email?
