Windows cannot open the file setup.hta

Question

i burn the DVD of .iso image file for visual studio express offline edition,but when i try to install it on my computer through DVD it gives the message "Windows cannot open the file setup.hta" ,please advise me what to do in this sitution,thanks

Hi,

Try this:

• Make sure you have administrative privileges on the PC you're installing to. Or atleast the account you're using.
• Go on Computer > right-click the drive with the DVD and click on Open
• Open Setup.exe or try to see if you can manually open setup.hta
