Intermediate Certificate in AD FS Proxy

Hello Team,

We have configured one AD FS Server and I am able to access the xml using below link from the Proxy Server.

https://fs.gurgaoncity.co.cc/federationmetadata/2007-06/federationmetadata.xml

Problem: We added the imported self signed certificate from AD FS Server and completed the IIS binding. Now, I ran the Proxy setup. I put the FS Service name as "fs.gurgaoncity.co.cc". While clicking the test connection, it gives "There is a problem with the SSL Certificate of the specified Federation Service".
