Answers

  • Hi,

You are using a NS that is not supported in IE9.

    <?xml:namespace prefix = cvml ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /><cvml:rect style="WIDTH: 70px; HEIGHT: 16px" class=cufon-vml-cover coordsize = "21600,21600" stroked = "f"><cvml:fill opacity = "0"></cvml:fill></cvml:rect>

either use a X-UA meta/header or change your Accordian menus to something that is in common use... jQuery?

    Regards.

  • Hi,

You can submit an issue report with a screen shot by pressing the Tools icon (looks like a cog), and selecting the Send feedback menu option

    or

    go to http://connect.microsoft.com/ie

and submitting an issue report (include the link to your web site together with your description of the issue)

    or

add the X-UA meta tag to your site (IE8 or IE7), probably IE7 emulation

    or

    go to

    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A//www.bestad.org/

your page has multiple markup errors for your chosen strict DTD.... Use the options on that page to change your DTD to a transitional DTD, you may have better outcomes (it looks like you have keep some legacy quirks markup.... a transitional DTD is better in those circumstances)

    or

Do nothing and wait for the next 'Beta' version.... what percentage of your site's visitors are using IE9 v the other browsers?

    or

Press the Compatibility view button to force your page into IE7 Emulation mode

    or

Start development now to convert your XHTML makup to HTML5.... as a site that is showcasing Ad "Standards" you may be interested in taking advantage of the new elements that are exposed in HTML5 that have advantages for Advertisers and SEO's.

See the Help>Whats new in IE9 menu and search for Web fonts.....

All IE9 feedback should be directed to connect.microsoft.com... this is a peer forum, not the official feedback site.

    Regards.
