Unanswered ACS MVC Demo with newer version of JQuery not working

    The MVC Custom Sign in sample at  http://acs.codeplex.com/ doesn't seem to work with newer versions of JQuery.

    What needs to be done to make it work with 1.6.4 or newer?

    I'm trying to demo this code on an existing site the client has.
