Answered Azure Billing

    Hello,

I have created a subscription with:

    (1) A hosted-service

    (2) Two(2) databases, web-edition (master + test)

I have noticed that the total billing was constantly increasing.

In order to control the daily charging I have deleted the hosted service.

Right now I have two azure databases with no applications storing data.

But the daily billing is still increasing.

Are there any bask-end services (like reporting, monitoring) that should be turned off and minimize resources usage.

    Thank you in advance

    Hi,

In the billing portal you have a daily usage CVS, check it out and tell us whats beeing billed.

    Hello Vitor,

    Thanks for help ...

In the billing portal the only red-colored metric is the first one (from the list of vertically placed usage metrics):

    !!!! Compute Hours - Windows Azure Compute ... 1953.48% of 43 UNIT

Also the database metric is nonzero:

    !! Database (DB/month)  - WEB Edition ... 25.806% of 1 db/month

    Hi,

I mean the "Download usage details (CSV)" that you'll find at the middle right side of the billing page.

In that CVS you can see what's increasing the bill daily. (Compute, Database, Storage, etc...)
