Protection for intellectual property

Maybe this is covered elsewhere, but reading the Azure privacy policy, I don't see any sections about respecting the privacy and intellectual property of any application code published to the Azure cloud. While there are sections covering client data, is there a statement to the effect that Microsoft will never decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise look at code published to Azure? That this code will never be made available to 3rd parties or be available through the web service interfaces for download?
Maybe I'm wording this badly, but what protection does Microsoft offer for the application code published to Azure?
I base this on the assumption that application code and application data are different entities.
Thanks.
