Ultimate, Premium & Tets Professional Licenses

Hi,

 

Purpose: Load Test Utility to be used from Visual Studio 2010; since the Ultimate licenses are expensive; please let me know about the following combinations:

 

      1.   One Ultimate license and three premium licenses instead of four Ultimate licenses

2.     Test professional licenses; Combined with premium licenses instead of four Ultimate Licenses?

 

      Will the above 2 combinations work for using the Load Test Utility of VS 2010?
