saya sudah coba cari2 di google untuk membuat garis di menu bar dan huruf bergaris bawah dimneu vb.net web form. contoh :

Halo,

Untuk membuat garis separator anda bisa menggunakan <hr> atau css menggunakan border-bottom.

Atau saya juga menemukan artikel Working with Menus in VB6 yang bisa dijadikan referensi anda untuk memulainya.
