requirement of new math functions

Hello! i observed many math functions in vb 2008.net. but as i downloaded ms mathematics 4.0, i came to know that today's soft-wares are so much advanced that they can even work with algebra and graphs instantly! and so do they with geometry. well, this is modern world, if so much complication can be easily handled, then why is there no function available other than simple arithmetic in vb an other programming languages? i bet, it will make programming much faster,easier and smooth. and yes, for arithmetic (in vb), there should be one more option for data type-(dim instance as " fullnum ") which can solve any long arithmetic problem as in ms maths.
well, i wrote all this because i myself is trying to develop a small program of my own, for my own personal use, in the way i want it to work. but it is very tedious and time consuming as what i'm actually working with is algebra. but as there is no system function available, I've to make a separate class. well, much of my time is wasted doing that. i wish if there would be any internal function for ease.

Hi jeff,
In my opinion, that because the math function doesn't the one everyone needs to use. yes, some graphes is very useful, but it is in the world of math. they are still much of staff need to be deal with the logical or just make the life more convenience. In other aspect, they doesn't need this.
