    How do I create a report listing of all pending changes in a project?

    Pending change it's a local, the server only know that someone checkout this file for edit, but everyone has different pending change specialty if you enable multiple checkout

    Thank you for your post.

    As far as i know, in current release, TFS could list all pending changes, open source control explorer, click File-->Source Control-->Find in Source Control-->Status-->choose Display all checked out-->Find, you will see all the pending changes for currrent item.

    But, for team web access, current there is no offical document about WebAccess Extension could support it. WebAccess has its own API, it is suggested to create a seperatedf ASP.NET site instead of extending WebAccess.

    In additon, you can submit it as a suggestion to Visual Studio UserVoice site. Microsoft engineers will evaluate them seriously.
