Hi Santosh -
I have yet to find a way to export the View History contents from TFS out-of-the-box. However, you can use the free Team Foundation Sidekicks tool to do this (http://www.attrice.info/cm/tfs/). The History Sidekick component provides the ability to export history to a CSV file.
Hope this help!

You can also use the tfs api if you wanted to build your own tool. Check out this post where moderator Vicky very kindly shows us a sample.http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/nl/tfsversioncontrol/thread/6b95f449-6e1b-4863-9602-22074d7e83c5
If you did not want to do this by using the API you can right click the branch and view history, select the entries in the list, right click and click copy. Open excel and paste, this will paste the results for you. If you needed more details or needed to do this for a lot of branches, you can use history sidekick as suggested by Matt.
