Crystal Report is not getting Saved/Printed on A3 format

Hi,

I have an issue as mentioned below related to Crystal Reports. Can someone help me out  as early as possible.

I am running a report developed on Crystal Report  where it should be on A3 format . I am able to see the rendered report on A3 format. But when I click on export button ( @left most top)-> Export to PDF . When I have saved the file in .pdf format and reopen its appearing as A4 format. When I print the same .pdf file also its getting printed in A4 format instead of A3. Can someone pls help me.

To resolve this issue. I have selected File->PageSetup->Printer->Properties and changed it as A3 instead of A4 but no use. Please help as this is an urgent requirement.
