Infothpath 2010 Association form
-
06 Maret 2012 2:57I have developed a complex InfoPath 2010 browser based form and I want to use it as both Association and Intiation form for a state machine workflow and I want to know if it is possible to do this. The reason being, my client want their employees fill the browser form, submit to a group for review. If the completed form meets the requirement they want, only than will the reviewer group move the form through state Machine the workflow process. Any ideas?

Hi ,
I understand that you want to use your custom form as the Initiation and Association form for the state machine workflow .There is no
OOTB way to edit the form of the state machine workflow like we do to SharePoint Designer workflow .You need create a custom state machine workflow to use the custom form in Visual Studio .Here is an article providing all the detailed information to create the custom state machine workflow:
SharePoint 2010 State Machine Workflows with Custom Task Forms (InfoPath) using VS 2010 - Part 1: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/193520/SharePoint-2010-State-Machine-Workflows-with-Custo
