Locked Cash Changer Service Object Available

As a spin-off from a recent project, we have written a cash changer service object for the Paylink interface board family, sold by MoneyControls (now Crane Payment Solutions).

    http://www.moneycontrols.com/en/products/product-integration/

Paylink interfaces to a wide variety of coin acceptors, bill validators, coin and note recyclers using ccTalk, MDB, USB and a number of RS232 based protocols. It also provides 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs. The service object presents the attached peripheral set as a single cash changer device, with no need to write any communication protocols. We see this as being of potential interest to kiosk and retail system manufacturers, rather than traditional EPOS manufacturers.

The service object is free, is currently at Beta Test status and is available here:

As it is at a Beta Test stage, it does not (yet) support a number of facilities (such as health checking). If anybody tries it, I welcome all feedback.
