답변됨 STORE_HTML_OK and OL2002

    Hi ,

Looks like STORE_HTML_OK is not set for some instance of OL 2002. We are using Exchange 2007 with OL2002 SP2.

Reading PR_STORE_SUPPORT_MASK succeeds, but the mask STORE_HTML_OK is not set for at least one instance of Outlook.

Any suggestions on how to debug this issue? or what can be the possible cause.

I'm not sure that this is an Outlook programming question. It's more of an Exchange mailbox configuration question relating to an old, unsupported version of Outlook. I would post this in an Exchange admin forum, or create a new mailbox and migrate the user's data to the new mailbox.

So far the best we've heard is the MAPI-L list, but of course that's not exactly a newsgroup or forum. If we hear about any better destination I'll post back here, or Sue will.

If you are using the cached store, you are lookinbg at a local cached store (a glorified PST) which does not natively supports HTML. There is nothing you can do.

If you are using the online store, you will see the live Exchange mailbox, which supports HTML.

What are you trying to do and why?

    Michael,

We've been told that this forum will be OK for posting MAPI questions, and that various MAPI experts will be monitoring this forum.
