How to make a uploader and downloader in lightswitch?

Recently i encounter a problem that I don't konw how to make a uploader and downloader in lightswitch.    Now I want to make a custom silverlight control for solving the problem. I have a idea that use  C1.Silverlight.Uploader of componentone studio for silverlight 4.0, but how to finish the task of uploader and downloader.
