[wlmail suggestion] add NoTrayIcon option

Question

i want a HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\NoTrayIcon option

there's no point with the tray icon if you pin to the taskbar

(please don't tell me about the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Notification Area Icons setting, i'm not interesting in hiding the notification area icon, i don't want it at all)
