I'M STARTING TO PROGRAM WITH SDK and I can not CREATE AN ANDROID PROJECT BECAUSE THE PROGRAM IS NECESSARY TO DIS SELECT A TEG, BUT DOES NOT APPEAR THE OPTION to select them. CAN YOU HELP ME?
