נעול VSCommands 2010 downloads invalid .vsix file

    Whether I Open or download and then try to install the VSCommands 2010 .vsix file, I always get the error message that the .vsix is an invalid .vsix file. What's up with that?

      As additional information, I am trying to install it to VS 2010 professional.
