API to publish updates to extension

There is not, how many times do you need to update your extension that it's worth writing code around auto publishing it?

Hi Steven,
We're preparing ourselves to release PostSharp 3 VSX to the Visual Studio gallery. We have a fully automated build and deployment script that would upload the deliverables to our web site and to the NuGet gallery. We have a continuous release process (Kanban) have deploy every single bug fix release, i.e. approx. every week.
Therefore, a publishing API would we useful.
