Looking for sample databases

Hello,

I'm wondering if there are any sample SQL databases and SQL Server Reporting Services Report files that I could download and try to learn how they work with PowerPivot.

PowerPivot supports many kinds of data sources which are not limited to a database. You can start PowerPivot and choose "From Text" or "From Report" or "From other sources" to see what fits you...

If you don't have access to a Developer, Standard, or Enterprise version of SQL you can go with the free Express Edition with Advanced Services to get Reporting Services functionality as well.

The sample database that is being used now for PowerPivot is Microsoft Contoso BI Demo Dataset for Retail Industry (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=868662dc-187a-4a85-b611-b7df7dc909fc).
