คำถาม Excel/SP Formulas

    I have a SP list, and have exported it to Excel, saved the little file, opened in Excel, set it to auto-update etc etc. Now I need to perform a VLookup on some other data that I've put in to sheet 2, and combine info from sheet 1 as well. All this combined info needs to go into Sheet 3, "Results". Sheet 1 is called "Y8 Unit 1 Tracking". So However, in Results if I type in ='Y8 Unit 1 Tracking'!A2 it shows the formula, as if the show formulas was unchecked. However, other formulas are calculating fine. Anyone have any idea what may be going on?

    Thanks

    Hi!

    I'd think you have a ' (single quote) before the formula. This would be a way to insert a text into a cell that starts with =

    '='Y8 Unit 1 Tracking'!A2

    Could you check this?

    Nope, not that. First thing I checked.

    Created the formula the old fashioned way, and by clicking into the cell I want it to link to - both with the same result

    thanks
