Concepts for multilanguage content in title and description columns

Hello,

i´m searching for ideas to handle multiple language content in title and description columns in a document library. We have a lot of product documentation where one pdf file contains multiple languages (mostly 5 languages). It´s easy to add a language multi choice field to a document library. So you know in which languages the document contains. However how to fill the Title and description column? Should we use just one default language for title and description, should we put multiple languages in one title and description field or should we add title and description fields for every language to the document library. Non of this really convinces me. Maybe we should better split the pdf´s into one pdf per language?

Into a document library you can create Folders.

My sugestion is to split PDFs files into one pdf per language and move them into a specific language folder.
