Create Workflow By SPD 2010 add item to External list

hi,
i have created a workflow in SPD 2010 which add item to External List . but i getting following error while adding item to the list.
The workflow could not create the item in the external data source. Make sure the user has permissions to access the external data source and create items.

but didn't success ed .
Please help me

You can't attach workflows to External Lists. Its one of the limitations inherint in external lists. It has nothing to do with the permissions you have on the external list. Here's a blog post that talks about the limitations associated with external lists.

Hi,
It seems that the account that the workflow is running under doesn't have permission in the external data source. I would suggest either add permission or use Secure Store.
The Secure Store Service replaces the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Single Sign On feature. Secure Store Service is a shared service that provides storage and mapping of credentials such as account names and passwords.Please take a look at these articles:
