Exchange Web service : Endless appointment handling

Question

HI , 

I am working with Exchange web service , to store the the all the appointment present in exchange room , 

but i am having problem handling endless appointment as i cant create infinite number of records in database , and how will i  handle exception and deleted occurrence of this series as it has large number of record to cater .

Please help me guys to solve this  ...

please reply as soon as possible ... this is very urgent .
