Integrate USB device whose driver can't be recognized in Windows 7

Question

Hello,

I have an old device which designed to work in windows XP. The software CD installs drivers and software to communicate the PC and the device. Because the driver doesn't work in Win7, Iv'e . installed Windows XP Mode and Virtual PC and installed it from my virtual xp machine. But the windows 7 system can't recognize it, which mean that I can't use the USB>Attach to attach it (it doesn't even show in the list)

What can I do?

OS: Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 32x

Device: Philips Voip321 Skype phone (2006)
