Ask latest Silverlight visual studio sp1

Hello i have installed visual studio sp1 update to my vs2010 ultimate and after silverlight 5 sdk and developer but when i try to create new project ask me to install the latest silverlight runtime could someone help me 10x and sorry for bad english

you required to install Silverlight 5 Developer Runtime.
