SQL Express limitations

Question

Hello!

quick question - if i am right, limitation for SQL Express is 10gb database, right?   (2008 R2)

is this 10 GB for ALL OF DATA that ALL OF TABLES in application are using -

or is this 10GB PER TABLE?         has anyone tested this?

also - my prospective hosting service says that MS SQL will not work with WINDOWS SERVER WEB EDITION,

and that it has to be Windows Server STANDARD edition, is this correct?

10 GB per Database. So it's 10 GB per LS application (All tables)

SQL Server Express works on Windows Server Web Edition.
