how do I install LightSwitch Trial version on a computer with no internet access?

Hello. I am trying to install Lightswitch on a computer that does not have internet access. To do so, I downloaded the vs_vslsweb.exe file onto flashdrive using a friend's computer and then copy pasted the .exe onto my isolated pc and tried to deploy from there, yet the deployment of vs_vslsweb.exe fails as it seems to require continued access to the internet. Is there a way to install light switch trial with out having access to the internet?

My friend's computer is a company computer that does not give him admin rights to install anything. I have admin rights on my computer but do not have internet. Help?

The page where you download the web installer also has a link for downloading the ISO (which you could then burn to a CD): http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=26830
