.net micro framework

Question

 i saw consumer medical products can connect with .net microframe work inhttp://www.microsoft.com/en-us/netmf/about/default.aspx  .so may i develop new product based this .net microframe . consumer medical products are from  completly differnt vendors .so how do i connect with my .net microframework code?

But i know ordinary .net frame works (C#,VB) all things .i new to the .net microframe work please explain
