WCF in Config - behaviorConfiguration attribute disappears

My WPF application uses a WCF service. In the <system.serviceModel>|<client>|<endpoint> tag of the app.config file, I put a behaviorConfiguration attribute. Often, that attribute disappears from the file without any warning. I have to check every time I build the application to make sure that the attribute is still there. Can anyone help me with this?

Update: I found when it happens. When I update the service reference, the attribute is removed from the config file. Is this a known bug? And is it a bug?

    Hello,

First, this is a french forum :-)

I think this is the wanted feature, calling the "update service reference" update your config file and remove the behavior from it.

You should post this question in the "WCF forum" where you would have more relevant answers.
