Windows live service is not available right now

Question

Hi, I cant add my friend, every time i try to add it just says this message:
You're done!" "Windows Live Service is not available right now, we will add 'your friend' when service is available again."

its been a week and it still isnt working...but when I log into meebo or ebuddy etc i see my friend online? just if i sign into the MSN program i cant see my friend.

I am facing the same issue as well. I'm using 64-bit Windows 7 Professional SP1.

Please share the solution for this issue.

Unfortunately, mate, you'll have to wait until the Windows Live servers come back online. They may be down for maintenance, which could mean they'll be logging on and logging off again repeatedly until they've finished doing what they're trying to do
