Sql Azure Data Open Error

Already i have windows azure account.... upload my project and access........ now i try to open sql azure data base the following error display any one help me......

Error:  The Management Portal for SQL Azure cannot connect to server 'qz3bbgf1qp.database.windows.net'. To continue, use the Windows Azure Portal to update the following firewall rule for server 'qz3bbgf1qp.database.windows.net':  "Allow other Windows Azure services to access this server." Note that it can take up to five minutes for the change to propagate through the system.
