Hi Reza,

I think this problem is caused when your role startup, would you like to check your startup task like Vaibhav's suggestion, check all reference's assembly, check if there is any request failed, or you can use Remote desktop connect to VM to see stack or tracing messages. Local environment is different with Cloud environment, have a check and if you still could not resolve this problem, please post more details  and inform me.
