Unable to do a connection to VM

Hi,

I have a Virtual Machine which was working fine for a week then suddenly I'm unable to do any public connection (RDP or WWW). I can do an RDP connection via another VM using the internal IP address of the VM, but not via the public IP address of the VM. Can you please help.

Hi,

If you change you VM size in Configuration page the "redeploy" process will bring RDP from outside back again, I think it's the easiest way.
