    The Solution:

    If you facing error same like this, please completely uninstall the product - Microsoft office 2007 or 2010

    or otherwise uninstall the InfoPath in Microsoft Office package

    It seems Office product - InfoPath tool is blocking.

    uninstalling InfoPath is easy way - using uninstall string value

    Click on the Start menu at the bottom left of the screen and click on the Run, and enter the uninstall string value

    Finding uninstall string through registry editor in below path:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{30120000-00A8-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}

    Once uninstalled Microsoft Office InfoPath, then try to install Visual Studio software Team System 2008 installation.

    It will install smoothly and it's work fine.

    Thanks.

    I'm having a problem when trying to uninstall Visual Studio 2008. When going to add/remove programs, it runs the  Visual Studio wizard and gives 3 options to modify/add features, repair and delete visual studio and choose delete. And it doesn't delete it, it gives me error and stops.
