For the best of my knowledge MS StreamInsight comes with SQL Server. Is it true or not?
I'm asking it because I want to use StreamInsight but I'm not sure I just want to have SQL Server in order to use it.

StreamInsight is licensed with Sql Server ... so you do need to have a Sql Server license to run it. You do not need to install the Sql Server engine and RDBMS to use it on a server ... just the license.
If you want to evaluate StreamInsight, you can download it by itself from http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=26720. And, once you have a license, you can put in your Sql Server license key and party on.
