Unable to refresh PowerPivot Data connections

Question

I upgraded SQL 2008 R2 PowerPivot to SQL 2012.  That went horribly on the SharePoint Server for various issues, so I completely uninstalled PowerPivot (and SSRS 2008 R2 that was an attempted upgrade to 2012).  I then installed PowerPivot 2012 and added the SSRS 2012 feature after the fact.

When I go to the PowerPivot Management Dashboard and the page attempts to load, I get "Unable to refresh data for a connection in the workbook".  Both the Workbook Activity - Char and Infrastructure - Server Health have Red X's.  The ULS logs are showing:

On another server that runs Excel Calc, but does not have PowerPivot installed, I see these in the logs:
