how to add large data to the Sql server 2008 table from ms access

Question

hi 

In our project we have created a database it contains so many tables....now i hav to insert large data to the one single table from ms access......so is there any way to add data?

Regarding Informations:

 1)i tried Import and export feature but could not get the proper answer...

If anybody knows plz reply me

Hi,

You have these options:

• use import/export wizard,
• use SSIS,
• use OPENQUERY with linked server,
• use OPENROWSET
