Project Server Work Flow error

Question

I have deleted the default phase and stages in the work flow and created new phase and stages along with Pdp's. When i am creating a new project in project server 2010 it is taking some time to create and i am getting the below error.

"Unable to open the project the project has not been properly initialized this may be caused by the workflow associated with the enterprise project type not starting correctly please contact your system administrator"

I am using the default proposal workflow?

Please help me in this??
