    All,

We have been having all kinds of issues on a sever and tons of changes were done to keep it running . Long stroy short too many changes on the server which is still up and running . I just installed a parallel server created a new farm . I created a new site like the one on the old server . This site was created from Collabaration template while the old one was made from blank site . We have tons of Lists , Form Libraries , Data connection library , sub sites and so on . I know we can move the site over but it over writes the collaboration portal with the blank page template . Is there any way to keep this template and mograte the site over . Please advise

    Hi,

You can check out this tool:

    http://www.codeplex.com/SPDeploymentWizard

It is essentially an import/export tool but allows you to just select content (lists, libraries etc..) export it out and then select a URL to import the content into.  There are 3rd party apps that you can buy that will perform this but I would first see if this free tool works for you.  I have had decent success with the tool especially if you are not exporting from a publishing site, which in this case you said you were originally using the blank site template.

    Good luck,

Perhaps you could explain the connection this post has to InfoPath Form Services which made you post it here.

As far as I can see the only possible connection is "Form Libraries" but this is only one in a long list and not even highlighted in any way.

    Moving to Admin.

P.S. One minute before I posted this you posted a second copy of your post - in that case to the Setup/Admin forum.

NEVER post the same question to more than one forum. It wastes everyone's time.

I have deleted that second post. Please don't do this again.
