Hello,
I am getting below Error when I request an report from .net application. In IIS i am using the anonymous user as one of our domain accounts.
Microsoft Office Excel cannot access the file '***********.xlsx'. There are several possible reasons:
• The file name or path does not exist.
• The file is being used by another program.
• The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook. When I use the local system user in IIS the report works. Not sure what accces has to be given to the Domian user in IIS.
Just to add a Point. I have checked the three points mentioned in the error message.
File and path exists.
no other application is running
and it is a different name from any other..
--> I have given the application pool account full control on the folder as well.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
